Account deletion

Cyber Faceit is a competitive 5×5 matchmaking platform for Standoff 2.

How to request account deletion

  1. Email support@cyberfaceit.com with the subject "Account deletion".
  2. In the message, state the email linked to the account and your in-game nickname.
  3. We confirm you own the account (by reply) and process the request.
  4. The account and the data tied to it are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted permanently

Profile (nickname, Standoff 2 ID, email, avatar), ELO rating and game statistics, match history, queue and party participation, reports you sent, device and Telegram links.

Kept for legal reasons

Only the minimum required: payment and transaction records (purchases paid through the payment provider) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 5 years); security and anti-cheat logs for up to 12 months, to prevent repeat violations. Once those periods expire the data is deleted in full.
