Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Cyber Faceit ("we", "the service", "the app") provides a platform for running competitive 5v5 matches and maintaining ratings and leaderboards for Standoff 2 players. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: Standoff 2 ID, nickname, avatar, password (stored encrypted), account verification status.
• Game data: ELO rating, leagues, statistics, match history, queue and party participation, reports sent and received.
• Purchase data: order history and payment status. Payment credentials (card details) are processed by the payment provider and are never passed to us or stored by us.
• Technical data: device model, OS and app version, IP address, request logs and security/anti-cheat events.
• Links: your Telegram identifier, when you voluntarily link it for verification and community access.

3. How we use data

• matching opponents by rating, running and moderating matches;
• maintaining ELO rating, leagues, statistics and leaderboards;
• operating profiles, friends, parties and cosmetics;
• processing purchases and delivering purchased content;
• protecting against cheating, toxicity and rule violations (reports and anti-cheat);
• user support and responding to your enquiries;
• ensuring security and preventing fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only to the extent the service requires:

• Payment provider — to process and confirm payment for purchases.
• Telegram — when you voluntarily link your account and join communities.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) — to run the service.
• Public authorities — where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep data while your account exists and for as long as the purposes above require. After account deletion, data is erased except what we are legally obliged to keep: payment records for up to 5 years (tax and accounting law) and security and anti-cheat logs for up to 12 months. Once those periods expire the data is deleted in full.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and revoke the Telegram link. To delete your account and the data tied to it, follow the instructions on the account deletion page. For any question about your data, write to support@cyberfaceit.com.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data: password hashing, transport over secure channels (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at cyberfaceit.com/en/privacy with its revision date. We will make an effort to communicate material changes to users separately.
